Generate new leads and build a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting through various outreach efforts including email, social media, calls, webinars, etc.
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
- Set up meetings (demos or calls) between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives.
- Following up & provide support to prospects and current clients.
- Achieve milestones as per your role level & sales targets.
- Maintaining & sharing sales reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).
- Maintain communication with marketing & product team to keep yourself updated with product changes, use that knowledge to update prospects & current customers.
- Support marketing & product team in updating & maintaining documentation.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
